THE EXPERIENCE®

The Experience® is our signature class combining all of the movements our bodies crave in one class. While wearing ankle + wrist weights (optional!), we move mindfully + with intention in a vinyasa-inspired flow. We incorporate some of our favorite Barre exercises + sweat through powerful, dynamic cardio bursts. We connect it all together with breath + music for an energetic experience that will invigorate your body + soul. The only way to experience it is to try it, + we promise you won’t regret it.

THE SCULPT EXPERIENCE

The Sculpt Experience is a beat-based, low-impact workout inspired by the core principles of Barre and Pilates. Class is intentionally designed to balance challenge + restorative movement to leave you feeling stronger + uplifted. Every class is performed on the mat using a variety of equipment, + each movement is intentionally layered for precision + control. Don't be fooled by the mat - this class will challenge your strength, endurance, + focus in ways you won't expect! 

THE BARRE EXPERIENCE

The Barre Experience is a total body workout that combines barre + mat exercises designed to increase strength, flexibility + body awareness.. This low impact, high intensity class will utilize different props + heart-bumping beats to motivate you through the shake + burn. First time? This is a great class for you!

THE FLEX BARRE EXPERIENCE

Flex Barre is our newest class + uses Flex Kords attached to the Barre for a unique challenge! It's a class for everyone, regardless of your experience level, + focuses on mobility, flexibility + building strength.

THE YOGA EXPERIENCE

The Yoga Experience is an all-levels Yoga class combining a variety of styles with a focus on breath, body awareness, flexibility + strength. Looking to slow down? This is the perfect complement to our Barre Classes! First time? This is a great class for you!

THE POWER YOGA EXPERIENCE

The Power Yoga Experience is a dynamic, energizing class designed to encourage you to find your edge. You’ll be guided through a soulful flow focused on breath work, strength, flexibility + body awareness.

BUTI YOGA

Buti Yoga is a fun combination of cardio intensive dance, strength conditioning + power yoga all set to heart-pumping music, giving you a full body experience that awakens your soul.
